  3. After 15 minutes, heat a roti tawa. Roll it round and make it into a ball shape. Rub 1/4 teaspoon ghee over the surface.
  4. Once it is done, fold 2 opposite edges such that they touch each other at the edges.
  5. Place it on hot tawa and cook on both sides until they get golden brown. Rub about 1/4 teaspoon ghee on both the sides of paratha.

  • Adjust salt in dal, add roasted semolina and mix well. Cook till the mixture thickens and the moisture is absorbed.
  • Roughly chop coriander leaves.
  • Transfer cooked dal mixture into a bowl. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Refrigerate the mixture for 15-20 minutes.
  • Take the bowl out of the refrigerator, add breadcrumbs and lemon juice mix well.
  • Heat some oil in another non-stick pan.
  • 10 Then grease your palms with some oil, divide the dal mixture into equal portions and shape them into medium sized tikkis.

  1. Heat a pan with oil, saute onions, when it turns brown add ginger garlic paste. Fry for a couple of minutes.
  2. Then add tomatoes, all the spice powders. Simmer for a while. Finally, add kala namak Simmer for a couple of minutes.
  3. Mash the left over vegetables and add grated cheese, bread crumbs to the vegetables. Mix well. Divide into balls and pat down as cutlets.
  4. Heat a tawa and grease with oil. Place the cutlet on the hot tawa and cook on both sides till it become golden brown .
  5. Now you can serve with minute chutney or jiggery chutney
  6.  Grated with this some pomegranate on it for the good taste.

 2) Add the onions and gently cook until they begin to soften and become golden brown in color.

 3) Now the garlic, carrots, and celery and cook for another 5 minutes,

4) Add the garlic, carrot, and celery to the onions in the pan and now add the chopped vegetables and stir it.

 5Now add stock, bay land any spices you’re using.

6) Cook the vegetable in a pan to see that all the vegetables get soft so that we can easily bend them.

7) After some time when vegetables get cool down. Blend the soup with the handi. Make it creamy smoothie-like. Cook the soup for an additional 5 minutes to reduce it slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8) Now you can enjoy soup which has lots of nutrition.

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds/rai
  • Few curry leaves

Method

  1. For  making tarka  first   the pan put Heat the  oil in a small pan.
  2. Add Urad dal and Mustard seeds and cook till urad dal turns golden in color.
  3. Add curry leaves and stir. Remove from heat.
  4.   Now  take  Appe pan .Heat the  Appe pan and put a little oil in the cavities. Grease every Cavities.
  5. In  dosa batter,add prepared tarka, onions, green chilies, ,salt and water as needed. Also Add Eno and mix well and pour batter into appe pan.
  6. Cook  this on the medium flame from both sides turn brown.
  7. Serve with tea.

  1. Firstly boil the pasta in boiling water. Then salt as per taste and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and let it boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Secondly take 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan add onions and garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree and saute for another 5 minutes.
  1. First color of the pasta -Then add chili flakes, oregano, Italian sizzling, white chili powder, salt, and mix well.
  2. After that add cherry tomatoes, tomato ketchup, cheese and mix well. Then cook pasta for 2 minutes. Finally Orange pasta is ready.
  1. Second color of pasta – Start preparing white pasta. Put butter and refined flour in one pan mix well.
  2. Then add garlic and saute for one minute. Now add cheese and baby corn and let it cook for 2 minutes.Then add chili flakes, Italian sizzling, oregano, white chili powder, salt, and mix well.
  3. Then add pasta and cook for a few minutes. Finally White pasta is ready.
  1. Third color of pasta– Next start preparing pesto sauce for green pasta. Take walnuts, cashews, garlic, black pepper, and fresh basil leaves i,n a blender and grind.
  2. Then add olive oil and salt. Grind again and make a smooth paste. Once pesto sauce is ready start preparing green pasta.
  3. Now add some olive oil to a pan. Then broccoli and salt and saute for 2 minutes. Add pasta and pesto sauce and mix it well. also add chili flakes, sizzling, oregano, cheese and mix well. Green pasta is ready.

1.5 Tricolor Sandwich

Ingredients to make tricolor sandwich

1)4 bread slices, sides removed

2)½ cup grated cabbage and spinach sauté or cumber

3)½ cup grated carrot

4)1 cup mayonnaise

5)2 tbsp schezwan sauce

6)2 tbsp mint chutney

7) Salt to taste

8)2 tbsp butter Process

Method

1) Cut the sides of white or wholemeal bread. 2) Now on one bread slice, apply a generous amount of green chutney.

3)First sauté the spinach and cabbage  Layer it with spinach and cabbage for the green layer.  Alternatively use sliced cucumber for green layers.

4) Followed by a cheese slice and crushed black pepper.

5) Place another slice of bread to get a white layer.

6) Now spread mayonnaise sauce generously.

 7) Orange layer -grated carrot forming the orange layer. Also, apply Schwan sauce on the bread on the Third layer.

8) Add some season with some salt and crushed black pepper.

9) The third bread slice and press gently.

10) Cut the sandwich into half forming triangle.

11) Finally, serve a triangle sandwich or three-layer.
